Booking and payment
A deposit of 30% is required to secure any booking. The balance to be settled on invoice minimum 72 H before the events. The initial 30% deposit is a non refundable deposit. Our quotes are valid for a period of fourteen days from date of printing. Bmunier ltd cannot guarantee prices there after due to market prices constantly changing. All equipment quotes are subject to a site survey, as until a survey has been carried out we will not know of the facilities available to us to facilitate your event. Any cancellation must be made in writing either by email or by post.. Cancellations two weeks prior to event 50% of function costs is to be charged. Cancellations one week prior to event 100% of function costs is to be charged. Final numbers will be required no later than one week before the event at the very latest. All functions will be charged as per final numbers, should they decrease for any reason, should numbers increase b.munier ltd must be contacted immediately where confirmation to increase will be given over the phone. Any increase in numbers two days prior to the event cannot be guaranteed due to preparation and supplier times. The initial 30% deposit is acceptance of our conditions. All charges are at discretion of bmunier Ltd, and do not affect your statutory rights. Bmunier ltd offer a no obligation quote service and free site surveys (subject to distance of venue)
Ideal Party delivery
For any order on delivery the payment is due 72 hours before delivery and Please check your order carefully to ensure it is correct. You agree to supply us with correct information including delivery address and to notify us of any changes. You acknowledge that you are over 18 years and have carefully read and accepted the price, description and other information concerning the goods ordered.

The Producer cannot be held responsible if any goods are unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Producer's reasonable control. If so, you will be notified as soon as possible by email and, if you have opted in to receive substitutes on registration, the unavailable goods will be substituted with goods from the same Producer or a different producer of a reasonably equivalent quality and price. If you do not wish to accept the substituted goods, please contact us by telephone (on the number specified on our website) to arrange the return of the goods. In such case you will be provided with a credit voucher in respect of the unavailable goods.
Free Delivery will be made to the areas of London specified on our website only.
Subject to this, delivery will be made to the address which you specify when ordering and minimum of £95 per order.
Payment is by credit card. Your order will only be processed if your card is authorised.
Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order at any time up to the closing time for acceptance of orders (3pm two working days before delivery). We will refund any payment you have made, but will make a charge of 5% of the order value to cover the costs incurred by us in handling your payment/credit.
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us. The names “idealparty”, is our trademarks. You may not reproduce or store any such material on any other website or include it in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission. You may print one copy of the content for your own personal use provided that you keep intact any copyright or proprietary notices.
